www.fiscus.ai is operated by BridgeUp Tech Private Limited ("BridgeUp", "we"), a company registered in India with offices in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Fiscus is a BridgeUp product. This policy describes what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
It covers this website only. The Fiscus platform itself handles borrower data under separate written agreements with each institution, with terms specific to that engagement.
What we collect
Information you submit. When you use the demo booking form we collect your name, work email, phone number, institution and message. When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: device type, browser, approximate location and pages visited. When you arrive through a marketing link, campaign parameters (UTM), the referring site and your landing page are kept in your browser storage and attached to any form you submit, so we know how you found us.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule any follow up you request.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
- To comply with applicable law and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the above without asking you first.
Who processes it
- Postmark delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Google provides website analytics.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Calendly handles scheduling when you book a call.
Each provider processes only what its role requires.
Where it is stored
Information may be processed on servers outside India by the providers named above. We require protections consistent with this policy wherever it is processed.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions are retained for up to 24 months after our final exchange, then deleted, unless applicable law requires a longer period.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask for correction or erasure, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
