Terms of use.

The Website is informational. It describes Fiscus, the agentic layer for loan analysis, and lets prospective clients contact us. It does not process payments or financial transactions, and it is not the Fiscus platform itself. Access to the platform is governed by separate written agreements.

Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, invitation, solicitation or binding commitment by BridgeUp to provide any product or service. Product descriptions, figures and interface examples may change without notice.

You must not:

• attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Website or the systems behind it;
• disrupt or degrade the Website or the infrastructure it runs on;
• introduce malware or other harmful code;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

All content on the Website belongs to BridgeUp or its licensors. You receive a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to view the Website and to share unmodified copies of its content for personal or internal business purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.

The Website links to third party services such as Calendly, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which govern your use of them.

The Website is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, BridgeUp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, about the Website and its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BridgeUp is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or loss of profits arising from access to or use of the Website.

You agree to indemnify BridgeUp against third party claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of the Website.
