www.fiscus.ai (the "Website") is operated by BridgeUp Tech Private Limited ("BridgeUp", "we"), a company registered in India with offices in Mumbai, Maharashtra. By using the Website you accept these terms.
What this website is
The Website is informational. It describes Fiscus, the agentic layer for loan analysis, and lets prospective clients contact us. It does not process payments or financial transactions, and it is not the Fiscus platform itself. Access to the platform is governed by separate written agreements.
No offer
Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, invitation, solicitation or binding commitment by BridgeUp to provide any product or service. Product descriptions, figures and interface examples may change without notice.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Website or the systems behind it;
- disrupt or degrade the Website or the infrastructure it runs on;
- introduce malware or other harmful code;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
Intellectual property
All content on the Website belongs to BridgeUp or its licensors. You receive a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to view the Website and to share unmodified copies of its content for personal or internal business purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of the Website.
